Professor Nick Cox

Dr Nick Cox is former Group Leader in the Department of Biophysics at the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Energy Conversion (MPI-CEC). He is an ARC Future Fellow and new member of the Research school of Chemistry RSC. His research is focused on the study of biological enzymes and synthetic catalysts using both magneto-optical spectroscopy and magnetic resonance techniques, specifically Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) to transition metal cofactors and more recently, EPR as applied to new synthetic enzymes and heterogeneous catalysts.
